Kyiv warehouse
Ships the same day for orders placed on a working day before 17:00. Any payment method. Such items are marked “Kyiv warehouse” in the catalogue.
European warehouse
Delivery takes 5–7 working days, including the road from Europe and Nova Poshta. We do not name an exact arrival date: the carrier gives none. Full prepayment only.
The term for a specific item is stated on its page, along with the warehouse and the nearest shipment. Items from two warehouses are not combined into one order: the Kyiv one leaves today, the European one waits for Friday, and there is no way to put them in a single parcel.
Delivery
Nova Poshta
Throughout Ukraine — to branches, parcel lockers, or by courier to your address. We ship on the day of order if the part is in the Kyiv warehouse and the order is placed on a business day before 5:00 PM.
Ukrposhta
Throughout Ukraine. A cheaper option for small and non-urgent parcels.
Uklon
Taxi in Kyiv — when you need the part today. The driver brings the order to the building you specify, and you meet them outside. The trip is paid by the recipient; for orders from 5000 ₴ we pay for it.
Courier
Own delivery throughout Kyiv for wholesale customers.
Payment
Online Card
Visa, Mastercard and PROSTIR, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay — on the secure RozetkaPay page. Card details never reach us.
Bank Transfer
Via invoice for legal entities and sole proprietors. Invoice without VAT — we are on a single tax system. Documents are sent by email.
Cash
At pickup from Beresteyska St., 48A.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is paid separately from the goods according to carrier rates and is not included in the order price. For orders from 1000 ₴ delivery by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta is free; Uklon taxi in Kyiv is free from 5000 ₴. Pickup is always free.
Payment Data Protection
Card payment occurs on the RozetkaPay payment service side. The card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code are entered on their page and do not reach us: we do not receive, process, or store them. We only see the result of the transaction, its amount, and the last four digits of the card.
Data is transmitted over a secure connection. The payment service operates according to the requirements of international payment systems and the PCI DSS security standard, and transactions are confirmed using 3-D Secure technology.
Returns and Exchange
Exchange or return of a part — within 14 days if it has not been used and the goods are in their original condition. Parts are covered by warranty; the term is indicated on the product page.
