Yes. We provide a 12-month warranty on all the work performed and the parts installed. For complex damage, such as liquid ingress, the warranty terms are agreed individually.

02 How long does a repair take?

Most repairs take from a few hours to one or two days when the parts are in stock. For complex cases the timeframe is agreed individually.

03 What should I do before handing in my device?

Remove the case and the protective glass, take out the SIM card, and bring any accessories if the issue may involve them. Full packaging is not required — the device itself is enough.

04 Can I order diagnostics only?

Yes. You can order diagnostics only, without the subsequent repair.

05 Can another person hand in or pick up my device?

Yes, but a handover document or a confirmation from the owner is required at pickup.

06 What if I have lost the receipt?

You can still pick up your device. You will need an identity document. Devices are handed over to the owner or an authorized person.
