LB Lead-Free Halogen-Free Flux

LB Tool F10 is designed for soldering, assembly, and disassembly of small components on electronic circuit boards. The flux improves wetting of contact pads with solder, promotes even distribution of solder, and helps reduce the formation of cold joints.

The halogen-free composition is suitable for working with sensitive electronic components. The syringe-type packaging provides precise and economical flux application directly to the required area of the board. Fluxes of this type are used during repair of SMD and BGA components, restoration of contacts, and installation of solder balls.
