PUR Adhesive Henkel LOCTITE 3542 30ml Original

Henkel LOCTITE HHD 3542 — polyurethane hot-melt adhesive (PUR) in a 30 ml syringe for bonding displays, frames and back glass of smartphones. This is the type of adhesive used to assemble phones at the factory: a thin bead, strength and flexibility after full cure, resistance to moisture and temperature changes.

How it works:
the syringe is heated in a PUR adhesive heater to 90–110 °C and a thin bead is applied;
you have about 4 minutes to join the parts (1 mm bead at 25 °C) — then the adhesive sets and the part already holds;
full strength is reached in 24 hours at 22 °C as the adhesive cures from air moisture.

What you need (not included): a heater or gun for PUR adhesive that takes a 30 ml syringe.
